CON-AERO is an email based discussion list for members of the International Association Of Natural Resource Pilots (now part of The Airborne Public Safety Association) and others interested in aviation applications for natural resource conservation. This list will serve to exchange information about aircraft applications for natural resource monitoring, research, management and regulation enforcement.

Our subscribers are pilots who utilize aircraft in the field of renewable resources. Their aviation specialties are varied and include aircraft use for forestry, wildlife, and fisheries applications plus enforcement of natural resource regulations. Each individual has a wealth of knowledge in their particular field and through APSA and this list they can share their experience and knowledge with others.
OBJECTIVES:
A. Promote the recognition of the importance of sound aviation practices in resource management, with safety as the paramount factor.
B. Encourage and develop the educational, social and economic interests of aviation in resource management.
C. Exchange information on operational techniques and procedures.
D. Utilize member experiences to develop and distribute reference materials of aviation interest to the Association.
E. Coordinate, research and promote new techniques and equipment.
F. Take all action necessary to further the use of aircraft in natural resource management.
